Nick Ledger, md of Yorkshire-based UK Juicers, says that the last few years have seen an almost exponential increase in UK consumer demand for fresh, natural drinks.
The Juice Bar concept, once almost solely an American phenomenon, is now starting to appear in the high streets of most major towns in the UK and the rest of the hospitality trade is quickly realising the value of offering customers premium health drinks.
